Desk and Examination Copies for Professors

Thank you for considering our books as examination copies and desk copies.

NOTE: If you have already adopted the book, then please let us know the name of the bookstore placing the order and the expected enrollment and we will send you a complimentary desk copy.

If you are considering the book for possible course adoption (an examination copy will be sent to you), please read our policy. Once you have read the policy, please sign this form agreeing to the terms and send it back (either by fax or email) and I will then process your request.

Our examination policy is to invoice you at a 20% academic discount, plus shipping charges and applicable taxes. We would appreciate hearing from you within sixty days from receipt of the book(s), at which time you may choose from the following options:

Adopt the book(s) for classroom use with personal notification that an order of ten copies or more has been placed with your college or university bookstore. The charges for that examination copy will be canceled and the book will become your free desk copy.

Purchase the book(s) for your personal library at the 20% discounted price.

Return any book(s) not appropriate for your purposes.
